Teddy is a Licensed Clinical Therapist with an emphasis in Trauma. He has experience in the area of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, PTSD, dissociative disorder, trauma, and relational problems. He is passionate about helping individuals, families, and relationships of any kind. Teddy has experience in group work, management, chemical dependency, residential settings, and extensive outpatient experience. He also has training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET)

 Teddy works from a systemic, collaborative, strength-based therapeutic approach to help patients understand the various unique contexts which impact their lives, connect with their strengths, and learn new ways to live in completeness. His empathy and warmth help to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients can process and heal.
